To participate in the competition:

b. Answer the competition question.
c. Select the number of tickets required and proceed to payment.
d. Log in or register if you are not already logged in.
e. Accept the Terms and Conditions and complete the purchase. You will receive an email confirming your entry.
Where is My Purchase Confirmation Email and Ticket Numbers?
After purchasing tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with your entries and ticket numbers, usually within 10-15 minutes. During peak periods, it may take a few hours. Ticket numbers are assigned instantly upon purchase. If you can’t find your ticket numbers, check the FAQs below.
Where Can I View My Ticket Numbers?
After logging in, tap (mobile) or hover over (desktop) your account in the top-right corner and select “My Tickets” from the dropdown menu. Here, you’ll see all the ticket numbers for the competitions you’ve entered. Good luck!
How Will I Know If I’ve Won?
We will notify the winner by phone or email within 7 days of the competition’s closing date. If you change your contact details before the closing date, you must inform us. If we cannot contact you within 14 days of the deadline, we reserve the right to choose another winner, and you will forfeit the prize.
How Do I Know Who Won?
Visit the Competitions page and find the relevant competition. You can also see past live draws on the Live Draws page. Additionally, we have a Winners page where you can view all our past winners!
How Long Are Competitions Open?
The opening and closing dates for competitions are listed on the website. We may extend the competition’s closing date if the allocated number of tickets hasn’t been sold. Live draws may also be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, with updates posted on our social media pages.
Who Can Enter the Competition?
Competitions are open to anyone aged 18 or over. You cannot enter if you are our employee or an employee of our agents or suppliers.
What Prizes Are Offered?
Prizes are fully described on the website. You can find more details by clicking here. We reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable for any reason.
Is There a Cash Alternative?
If a cash alternative is available, it will be clearly stated in the competition title. In some cases where a winner prefers a cash alternative not advertised, we may consult our buyers to offer one. Cash alternatives are more commonly available for tech competitions, so feel free to ask if unsure.
How Do You Use My Personal Data?
We use your data to administer the competition and award prizes. We don’t use your data for any other purpose or share it with third parties unless necessary for administering the competition. If you’re the winner, we may need to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority to confirm compliance with competition rules. You have the right to withdraw your data at any time, but doing so before the competition’s closing date will remove your entry.
If I Win, Do I Have to Participate in Promotional Activities?
No, this is not mandatory. However, with your permission, we would love to share your excitement on our website and social media pages. Even if you choose not to participate in promotional activities, we may need to provide your details to the Advertising Standards Authority to prove the competition was conducted fairly.
How Is the Winner Decided?
Once all entries are in and the draw is closed, all entries will be posted on our Facebook page and website within 24 hours. This includes the draw number alongside your name, which we use during the LIVE draw to decide the winner. This allows you to follow the live draw with your corresponding numbers in hand. The Google Random Number Generator will be used to select a winner LIVE on Facebook or YouTube. Watch the video of our last draw for an idea of how it works.
What Are My Chances of Winning?
The maximum number of entries is indicated for each competition, so your odds of winning will vary depending on the competition.
What Happens If a Competition Doesn’t Sell Out?
We may extend the competition’s closing date if the allocated number of tickets hasn’t been sold. We may also change the prize offered or offer a percentage of ticket sales. The draw will continue regardless.
Can I Get a Refund for My Entry Fee?
We do not offer refunds for entry fees.
How Do I Apply a Coupon?
Discount codes and coupons can be applied at the checkout screen.
Can I Use PayPal to Enter?
Yes, as long as you’re over 18 years old. We’re one of the few competition companies partnered with PayPal. Simply proceed to payment and select PayPal as the payment option.
Why Does My Bank Show Payments as “Subscription”?
We don’t offer subscription services or automated recurring payments. Some banks label regular payments as “subscriptions” for tracking purposes. Rest assured, there is no direct debit setup or recurring payments from our end.
What Checks Do Cars Undergo for Competitions?
All cars are history-checked to ensure they’re clear. Any necessary servicing or repairs are carried out according to the manufacturers’ service schedule, either with main dealers or trusted specialists.
